Pinnacle Male Massage Therapy Home Service provides strictly non-sexual, therapeutic massage delivered by trained and licensed therapists.

Any request of a sexual or inappropriate nature will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge of the booking fee, and a permanent booking ban.

Clients are draped with fresh linens at all times and may stop or adjust a treatment at any point.

We are a mobile, service-area business. Treatments are performed at the client's home, apartment, villa or hotel room within Dubai. We do not operate a walk-in premises.

Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before the therapist is dispatched, including the agreed treatment, duration, price and arrival time.

Clients must be 18 years or older. A valid ID may be requested at hotels in line with hotel policy.

Prices are quoted and confirmed in AED before every booking. There are no hidden charges; travel within our listed Dubai service areas is included.

Payment is made on completion of the session by cash, card or bank transfer.

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations after the therapist has departed for your location, or no-shows, may be charged a travel fee.

Equipment is sanitised between every client and fresh linens are used for each session.

Please inform us of injuries, medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy at the time of booking so the treatment can be adapted or, where necessary, declined for your safety.

Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a physician for medical conditions.

We collect only the details needed to deliver your booking: name, contact number, service address and treatment preference.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties and is used solely to arrange and follow up on your appointment.
